At North Shore Community Acupuncture our mission is to provide a safe, peaceful and healing environment for you and our staff. To achieve that we have implemented guidelines to provide easy flow and safety in the office.

 

• All appointments will be scheduled by appointment-only to minimize the number of clients in the office at one time. This also allows us to clean and disinfect between patients.

• If you have a fever, chills, cough, headache, body aches, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, absence of smell or taste, or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, we ask that you do not come to the office.

• All staff and patients are required to wear a mask while in the clinic.

 

We ask that you please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. **If you arrive late we may not be able to see you.

We are moving towards contactless payment. All appointments will require a credit card to hold the appointment or prepayment when booking your appointment online. If you would prefer to pay by check or cash, please call the clinic directly and schedule your appointment with a staff member.

 

• The office will be cleaned and disinfected frequently throughout the day.

• All recliners and massage tables will be covered with a disposable paper covering that will be replaced after each use.

• The recliners will be a minimum of 6 feet apart.

• We will no longer be offering blankets or pillows. We do encourage you to bring your own.

• In each treatment room there will be a commercial grade air purifier containing a HEPA filter, carbon filter and UV light to reduce airborne pathogens.

 

Private Acupuncture Appointments
As we collectively navigate through these uncertain times, we understand and respect each person's comfort level in returning to our practice. Therefore, we would like to offer options, so that everyone can receive the healthcare that best meets their needs.

We also offer Private Acupuncture Sessions, in a private treatment room. The cost of the private sessions are $75.
