North Shore Community Acupuncture
Affordable Care for a Healthy Community

North Shore Community Acupuncture (NSCA) is a community clinic offering effective and affordable care. Community acupuncture is done in a shared open space, rather than in private rooms. By doing so, we are able to keep the cost down, making acupuncture more accessible to you and your family. Treatments are offered on an affordable sliding scale, allowing patients to come regularly enough to get better and stay better. Each person gets individual care and a treatment plan customized to their needs.
Community style acupuncture, where treatments take place in a shared space, has been the standard in Asia, and has become popular in America over the past five years. When several people are treated together this can enhance the power of a person’s healing experience, similar to practicing yoga or tai chi in a group setting.
The fees for the community clinic are based on a sliding scale system. The patient decides what they are comfortable paying based on the following price ranges.
Sliding Scale Fees
$35 - $55 Initial Visit
$20 - $40 Follow Up
North Shore Community Acupuncture is part of the Community Acupuncture Network (CAN) and People's Organization of Community Acupuncture (POCA). A growing network of over 180 community clinics around the country, where thousands of people are getting treated this way.
